5 Detox Water Recipes

Hey guys! Today I wanted to do more of a lifestyle post. Detox Water is a great way to just feel more fresh and fit everyday. If your body feels good, you feel good. Detox water can also be a great way to start a diet, since it cleanses your body from any toxic substances. Here’s 5 detox water recipes.

P.S. You can add any amount of the different fruit/veg. to your water. You don’t have to do a certain amount. In this post, I will just tell you what fruit combinations I think work best. Enjoy.

  • Aloe Water:


Just add lemon and aloe to your water. It helps with weight loss, digestion, immune function, and even easing discomfort.

  • Lemon and Cucumber Water:


Add lemon and cucumber to your water. Mint leaves and Rosemary are optional. Lemon and cucumber water helps hydrate your skin, provides extra vitamins and nutrients, helps your skin, and more.

  • Blueberry Lime Water:


Add blueberries and lime to your water. Lemon, mint, and rosemary are optional.  This promotes a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy, overall lower weight. There are also many other benefits.

  • Raspberry, Lime, and Mint:


Add raspberry, lime, and mint to your water. Lemon is optional. This helps with your skin, has fiber and water content to help your digestive system.

  • The Everything


This last recipe is up to you. You can put any fruit and/or vegetables that you want in your water. The possibilities are endless, and you don’t know if you like it unless you try it. All of these recipes you can customize. Just be creative and make it your own.
