Lately I haven’t had a lot of extra time on my hands. This time of the year always seems to be the busiest for me. I discovered the 7 Minute Workout app back around last November. I used to use it daily but got into other types of workouts and just forgot about it. I recently came back to the app and thought I’d recommend it.
Hello guys! I know it’s kind of late but I thought I’d still share some of my bucket list for this summer. I’ve completed about half of my list, so I’m pretty on track..
It’s pretty common for all of us to have those days where are minds are racing everywhere, your minds overthinking and you seem like you can’t get relaxed. Whether you’re overwhelmed with work, school, or even personal things, this list of ways to calm your overactive mind could help you.
Hey guys! If you didn’t notice, I haven’t blogged for almost two weeks. I’ve been finalizing things and getting new things figured out with school, and its been taking up almost all of my time. The only thing I had time left to do was sleep. My sleep schedule has been super messed up recently; it really hasn’t had any consistency. So I thought I would do a post on the few things I do occasionally to help my mind properly shut off at bedtime.
Hey guys! I made a 2016 bucket/resolution list that had about 80 things on it, and I thought I would share 10 of them with you.
Hi beautifuls! It’s Steph here, and before I did a post on some detox waters. (Find here.) So I guess continuing that post, I’m doing a post on my favorite detox water at the moment.
- Cucumber Lemon Water
I absoultely love this detox water. I’ve always loved cucumbers, not to mention they help with weight loss, regulates blood pressure, prevents headaches, rehydrates, and more. Lemon helps your skin, helps with weight loss, boosts energy, etc.
I love this water recipe mostly because I can literally see a difference, and I feel that a healther person at the first sip. Here’s the recipe:
